摘要
目的研究视神经血管网状细胞瘤的临床特点和显微外科治疗。方法报道2例手术治疗的视神经血管网状细胞瘤,并回顾17例已报道的病例资料。结果单纯依靠眼眶MRI检查,视神经血管网状细胞瘤与视神经胶质瘤鉴别诊断困难,必须进行眼底、后颅窝及全身查体,必要时全脑血管造影检查。结论视神经血管网状细胞瘤多合并有Von Hippel Lindou病,临床诊断困难,其生长缓慢,有时严密观察随访也不失为一种积极的方法。
Objective The clinical features and surgical treatment of the optic nerve hemangioblastoma. Method Based on the reviews on 17 reported cases of optic nerve hemangioblastoma in the world,analyses and reports the optic nerve hemangioblastoma in 2 cases in our hospital were treated by operation. Result The optic nerve hemangioblastoma can grow in the optic nerve of intraorbital optic nerve ,the canal ,the intracranial segment of the optic nerve ,and the differ-ential diagnosis of glioma is difficult, MRI can assist in the diagnosis,pay more attention to eye,posterior cranial fossa and systemic examination. Conclusion Optic nerve hemangioblastoma is a rare disease ,most cases complicated on Von Hiopel Lindou disease,the clinical diagnosis is difficult,operation treatment is the effective way.
