摘要
以杭州市七格污水处理厂三期工程为例,尝试采用高压隔膜压滤机实现污泥深度脱水的可行性,并对污泥的化学调理方式进行了优化选择,对不同化学调理方式的成本、压滤机处理能力、污泥含水率、污泥绝干量等进行了综合评价。结果显示,采用无机和有机絮凝剂复合调理相比单一混凝剂的化学调理效果更优,可以使污泥含水率降至60%以下,同时污泥深度脱水工艺可以大大削减污泥量,经济优势明显。
Taking the case of the Qige Waste Water Treatment Plant in Hangzhou city as example, the feasibility of sludge advanced dewatering by using diaphragm filter press has been studied, and the chemical conditioning modes are optimized. In addition ,the cost of different chemical conditioning modes ,treatment capacity of filter press, sludge moisture content, dry weight of sludge cake, etc. are evaluated comprehensively. The results indicate that the combined use of inorganic and organic flocculants has better conditioning effect than that of single flocculant. The moisture content in sludge can be reduced to less than 60%. In addition, the advanced dewatering process can greatly reduce the sludge volume, having significant economic advantages.
