摘要
由于惯性作用,发动机停油熄火后,曲轴飞轮组受缸内剩余气体阻力矩和摩擦力矩的影响做减速运动,活塞逐渐完全停止。对活塞停止产生影响的摩擦力矩是运动副上产生的机械损失功,是不可控的。而气体阻力矩可以通过控制节气门开度的大小来控制,本文首先建立了电子节气门的数学模型,并在Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真,理论上实现了通过调整节气门开度大小调节气体阻力矩达到控制活塞的目的。
Due to the effect of inertia, the crankshaft-flywheel on the engine, affected by the residual gas resistance moment in cylinder and friction moment, makes a deceleration motion 'after stopping flameout, resulting in the complete cease of the piston. The friction moment that has influences on the crease of the piston is the mechanical loss power in the kinematic pair, which is not controllable. The gas resistance moment can be controlled by electronic throttle. This paper establishes a mathematical model of electronic throttle, and makes a simulation based on Matlab/Simulink, realizing theoretically the aim of controlling the piston to adjust the gas resistance mo- ment by adjusting valve opening.
