摘要
通过MEO卫星在轨遥测数据的统计,从太阳电池阵输出总功率、输出总电流,太阳电池的短路电流、开路电压等方面,对我国发射入轨的第一颗MEO卫星的硅太阳电池阵在轨衰降特性进行了分析,结果表明:输出总功率、总电流与短路电流在第一个周期衰降率较大,开路电压衰降呈线性趋势。文章的分析结果可为后续MEO卫星太阳电池阵设计提供参考。
The interrelated telemetry parameters of first lunched MEO satellite in China are ob- tained, the degrade characteristic of solar cells is analyzed in terms of total output power, total output current, short circuit current and open circuit voltage; the results summarized show that the total output power, total output current and short circuit current has larger degradation rate in the first period of flight, while the open circuit voltage has linear degradation rate. The conclu- sion could be a reference for other MEO satellite solar array design.
