摘要
采用不同类型的表面活性剂改性钒-氮(V-N)共掺杂TiO2光催化剂,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、BET比表面积分析、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、激光粒度分析等多种表征手段,探讨了不同表面活性剂对V-N共掺杂TiO2的晶相结构、形貌、比表面积、孔径分布、团聚指数以及光催化活性的影响。结果表明,使用的几种不同类型的表面活性剂能有效改善V-N共掺杂TiO2的团聚情况,而非离子表面活性剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)对V-N共掺杂TiO2团聚的改善能力比离子型表面活性剂(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS))小;使用的几种表面活性剂均能提高V-N共掺杂TiO2的光催化活性,而阳离子表面活性剂(CTAB)改性使得V-N共掺杂TiO2降解苯酚的性能得以显著提高。
Several types of surfactants were used to modify the mesoporous V-N co-doping TiO2 catalyst. X-ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and laser particle size analysis were used to characterize the structure, morphology, specific surface area and reunion index of V-N co-do- ping TiO2 catalyst before and after modification, base on analyzing results, the effect of surfactants on structure and catalytic performance of catalyst was investigated. The result shows that all surfactants could efficiently improve the reunion of V-N co-doping TiO2. Among these surfactants, the effect of nonionic surfactant (polyvinylpyrrolidone, PVP) on reunion of catalyst might be less than that of cation surfactant (cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, CTAB) and anionic surfactant (dodecyl benzene sulfonate, DBS). These surfactants could also enhance the photocatalytic ac- tivity of V-N co-doping TiO2, and CTAB modified V-N co-doping TiO2 presented the best photocatalytic activity to phenol.
