摘要
为了满足日产液约为2m3油井的生产需求,长庆油田于2011年创新研制了Φ25mm实心柱塞抽油泵,并进行了生产试验。通过现场跟踪分析,存在阀组堵死、双通流道螺纹漏失、泄油器打开等问题。改进了泵的结构,即:将固定阀体与阀罩设计为一个整体,增大过流面积;改变现有扶正体的形状,防止沉积堵塞出油通道;双通接头进液孔采用月牙形状,增大过流面积;配套了新型滑套泄油器,避免泄油及卡钻。现场试验表明:改进后的Φ25mm实心柱塞抽有效延长了检泵周期,并满足了低产井生产需求。
In order to satisfy the daily fluid production rate about 2 m3 ,Changqing oil field devel-oped the25 mm solid plunger pump in 2011 and progressed field experiment.The faults which were found in onsite investigation existed,that the valve block was locked up,the screw thread of two-channel was leakage,and drainage was opened and so on by the tracking analysis.The struc-ture was improved,that is making the entirety of filling valve and valve housing,increasing the open area,changing the shape of the wiper block in order to prevent blocking up the channel,a-dapting the shape of double passage swivel joint which crescent moon for increasing the open are-a,and mating the new sliding sleeve drainage device in order to avoid oil drainage and drill pipe sticking.Field test shows that the improved25 mm solid plunger pump is prolonged the pump inspection cycle effectively,satisfying the requirement of stripped wells.
