摘要
钻压波动一直是钻井中的大问题,液力加压器的使用在一定程度上缓解了钻压的波动,但是存在局限性。为了提高液力加压器的使用效果,建立了阻尼模型,利用"微元分析法"和"牛顿运动定律"解释了液力加压器如何减小钻压波动。由"阻尼周期"概念可知阻尼孔不应过大或过小。应用软件模拟液力加压器的阻尼特性,得出液力加压器可以阻尼掉每一个来自井底的冲击,获得稳定可控的钻压。对液力加压器在油田的使用具有指导作用。
fluctuation of weight-on bit has been a big problem,hydraulic thruster can relief it in certain extant,but it exist some limitations.damping model was established and “element analysis method”and “Newton’s laws of motion”were used to explain how the hydraulic thrust reduced fluctuation of weight-on-bit for improving the effect of hydraulic thruster,damping hole shouldn’ t be too large or too small though the concept of periodic of damping.Simulation of the damping characteristic showed that hydraulic thruster could damp each shock and get stable and controlla-ble weight-on bit.It could guide the using of hydraulic thruster in oil field.
