摘要
光学拼接法可将若干个线阵CCD图像传感器首尾相接拼成一个象元数目很大的CCD探测部件。本文介绍一种立方棱镜分光、机械微调的光学拼接方法的原理,拼接要求,设计特点,以及拼接的结果。
Optical focal plane assembly method provides a way to form a contiguous line of CCD photoelements with a large number of pixeles. Its principle, technical requirements, design considerations as well as a prototype result are presented.
