EQ1118G柴油车离合器常见故障的诊断与排除

摘要
东风EQ1118G柴油车大多装备的是液压传动气助力式膜片弹簧离合器。它性能可靠、结构简单、操纵轻便，相较于螺旋弹簧离合器具有很大的优越性。尽管如此，由于它在汽车运行过程中的频繁使用，技术状态不可避免地会逐渐变差，造成离合器结合不平顺可靠、分离不彻底、打滑等故障，从而影响车辆的正常使用。因此，汽车离合器一旦出现故障，应及时加以诊断和排除，以保证车辆的技术性能。
