Purify air conditioning control system based on fuzzy PID algorithm

摘要 设计了基于模糊PID(比例积分微分)算法的药厂净化空调监控系统,该系统主要分为上位机、下位机、现场仪表和控制算法四个部分.上位机采用工业上常用的工控机,并使用组态王6.51进行软件编程;下位机使用西门子S7-200PLC及其扩展模块,并配以MT6070ih触摸屏进行操作,同时采用模块化的方法进行编程;现场仪表主要由JWSL-5ATD温度、湿度传感器、EE65风速变送器和ML7420A阀门执行器组成.设计了基于模糊控制和PID控制相结合的模糊PID控制算法,在PID控制的基础上,通过模糊规则进行模糊推理,查询模糊矩阵表进行参数自整定,从而实时调整PID各项参数,达到对系统的精确控制.运行结果显示:该系统与常规PID控制相比,超调量降低了9.1%,同时系统的调节时间减少了13.2%,大幅度提高了控制效果. Purify air conditioning control system to pharmaceutical companies based on fuzzy PID (proportion integration differentiation)algorithms was designed.This system mainly consisted of four parts:host computer,the next crew,field instrumentations,and control algorithms.Industrial PC (personal computer)and programming software of Configuration King 6 .5 1 were used in the host computer.The next crew used Siemens S7-200PLC (programmable logic controller),its expansion modules and a modular approach to program,and it was also accompanied by the MT6070ih touch screen operation.Field instruments were mainly composed by temperature and humidity sensors JWSL-5ATD,EE65 air velocity transmitters and ML7420A valve actuator.The fuzzy PID control al-gorithm was designed based on the combination of fuzzy control and PID control,and the PID control was based on fuzzy rules,query fuzzy matrix table to obtain parameter self-tuning,then it could ad-just the parameters of PID in real-time to achieve effective and accurate control of the system.The running results show that the overshot is reduced by 9 .1% and the response time of this system rea-ches a 13.2% reduction compared with conventional PID control,so the control effect is greatly en-hanced.
