摘要
目的 探讨舌下含服米索前列醇在无痛人流产前、后终止早孕的临床意义,以便更好地指导临床应用.方法 入选我院2012年4月～2013年6月收治的112例自愿接受人流手术患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各56例,观察组术前、术后予米索前列醇舌下含服;对照组未给予米索前列醇.观察比较两组患者的宫颈扩张情况、手术时间、术中出血量、人工流产综合征和宫缩幅度.结果 观察组总软化率为96.4％,明显高于对照组82.1％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组手术时间、术中出血量和人流综合征的发生率均明显低于对照组,而宫缩幅度（2.65±0.32）cm明显大于对照组（1.86±0.40）cm,差异均具有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 舌下含服米索前列醇用于人流术前、术后,可以有效地松弛宫颈,且能够明显减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,加强宫缩幅度,降低人工流产综合征,有利于手术操作,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of sublingual misoprostol in termination of early pregnan- cy in painless abortion prenatal, post, in order to better guide clinical application. Methods A total of 112 cases of voluntary patients underwent induced abortion operation were treated from April 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital as the observation objects ,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each group had 56 cases, observation group was given sublingual misoprostol in per-operation and postoperative; control group were not treated with misoprostol. The cervical dilatation,operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume,induced abortion syndrome and uterine contraction were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The general softening rate in obser- vation group was 96.4%, was significantly higher than the control group （82.1%）, the difference was statistically signifi- cant（P〈0.05）; The operation time, bleeding volume and the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and uterine contraction （2.65±0.32） cm was significantly larger than the control group （1.86±0.40 cm）,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sub- lingual misoprostol in induced abortion per-operation and postoperative can relax cervical effectively ,and can signifi- cantly reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the operation time, strengthen the uterine contraction, reduce the artifi- cial abortion syndrome, is conducive to the operation and is worth the clinical promotion.
