摘要
黏膜给药系统的研究是药剂学发展方向之一,具有良好的应用前景。采用中药制备的黏膜给药制剂,不同化学成分对黏膜的渗透作用存在差异,各成分间同时渗透也会发生相互作用,目前这方面的研究还较少,缺乏对影响黏膜给药系统作用机理的探讨。主要介绍黏膜给药系统中药物的吸收机制,药物黏膜吸收的影响因素及黏膜渗透的研究方法,旨在为黏膜给药系统的发展提供理论和技术支持。
The mucosal drug delivery system develops rapidly in recent years, Mucous membrane absorption of drugs is the important evaluation index that if the mucosal drug delivery system can play a therapeutic effect. This paper mainly introduces drug absorbtion mechanism in the mucosal drug delivery system, the influence factors of drug mucous membrane absorption and research methods of mu- cous membrane permeability. Aiming at providing theoretical and technical support for the development of the mucosal drug delivery sys- tem.
