摘要
全日制工程硕士专业实践能力由专业知识、专业技能、创新能力、工程管理能力等要素构成,专业实践是培养全日制工程硕士专业实践能力的重要途径。通过问卷调查发现,在对全日制工程硕士专业实践能力构成要素、评价方式以及实践教学等问题的认识上,研究生、指导教师和用人单位三者之间存在一定差异性,应进一步优化全日制工程硕士培养方案,加强实践教学改革,突出专业实践能力的培养。
Full-time engineering masters' professional practical capabilities consist of various elements,including professional knowledge and skills,innovative ability,project management ability,etc.,and professional practice is crucial to the development of these abilities.In this study,questionnaire surveys are conducted among full-time en-gineering master students,their supervisors and employing units,which show their different interpretations of the key elements included,the evaluation methods and the practical teaching of full-time engineering masters' profes-sional practical capabilities.The analysis of the surveys suggests further optimization of the training programs,en-hancement of practical teaching reforms,and more prominence to the training of engineering masters' professional practical capabilities.
