摘要
当今社会对于人才的团队合作能力的要求也来越高,如何培养大学生的团队合作能力是高等院校迫切的任务。化工原理实验的操作需要一个团队的参与,因此在教学中可以通过诸多方面培养大学生的团队意识。本文阐述了结合化工原理实验的特点来培养大学生的团队合作能力,主要包括利用有效的教学方式,加强大学生团队精神、营造团队氛围的实验操作实践、大力倡导合作学习等方面。
The society had higher demands on the ability of team cooperation, and how to cultivate the team cooperation ability of the university students was the urgent task of universities. The operation of the experiment of chemical engineering principle required team participation. Therefore, the team cooperation of university students can be cultivated through many aspects. The team cooperation ability was cultivated by combining with the characteristics of chemical engineering principle experiment, including use of effective teaching methods, strengthening of university students＂ team spirit, creating a team atmosphere in experiment operating practice and advocating cooperative learning.
