摘要
开沟器是免耕播种机影响播种质量的关键部件之一,在满足农艺条件的基础上应尽量减小开沟器的动土量。本组合式开沟器实施种肥同沟垂直分层分施,种子播在肥料的正上方。利用Inventor软件建立了铲柄、固接部件等零件模型,并创建了系列零件,实现了自行设计标准件。同时,建立了组合式开沟器三维虚拟装配模型,为动力学分析软件建立仿真模型提供基础。
Opener is one of key components to affect the seeding quality for no-till planter, which should be used to re- duce the destroyed soil as far as possible on the basis of meeting the agronomic conditions. The combined opener is de- signed to make the fertilizer and seeds with the vertical stratification in the same furrow, and the seeds lie above the fer- tilizer. The model of shovel handle, connected component parts and others are set up with Inventor. It can create a series of components using the software to realize the standard design because the shape of seeding tube and fertilizing tube of the combined opener are similar. A 3 D virtual assembly model of the combined opener is established, which can provide the research basic to establish the simulation model for dynamic analysis.
