摘要
在分析带式输送机结构组成和润滑点要求的基础上,对比分析了传统的单线式、双线式集中润滑系统使用特点,介绍了一种新型智能集中润滑系统的设计和应用情况,该型润滑系统是未来大型化、重载化带式输送机配套润滑的必然选择。
Based on the analysis of the belt conveyor structural components and lubrication points requirement,the application features of traditional single-strand and double -strand centralized lubrication system are compared and analyzed. Design and application of a new intelligent centralized lubrication system are introduced ,the lubrication system is the inevitable choice of the future largescale high-power belt conveyor lubrication.
