摘要
层次分析法 (AHP)是将模糊问题从定性转化为定量分析的有效工具 ,本文讨论其模型的建立与求解算法 ,并以人才素质评估软件系统 (TMES)的设计与开发为例 。
The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one telling tool on transformation of fuzzy question from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis. This paper discusses the establishing and solving arithmetic of AHP model , and takes the design and develop of Talents' Making Evaluation System (TMES) for example, describing its application.
