摘要
权力约束应遵循适度原则,并且有三个可循的路径,即权力的路径、法律的路径和社会的路径。腐败治理既要抓典型,又要建立防腐治腐的长效机制。
Power restraint should be temperate,and should follow three reasonable paths：the power path,the law path, and the society path. Anti-corruption not only should grasp typical cases,but also should set up a long term mechanism of preventing and administrating corruption.
