摘要
现代工程项目的建设过程越来越遭受到各种不确定风险因素的干扰 ,使得项目在费用、工期、功能和运行效益等方面达不到预期的设计目标 .在工程项目风险管理技术中风险因素的识别是基础和难点 .本文针对现代工程项目的发展趋势 ,提出一种按风险类特征识别项目风险因素的新方法———表上作业方法 .这种方法将各种风险类别有机地结合 ,大大增加了风险识别的可操作性 ,提高了风险识别结果的准确性和全面性 ,更有利于工程项目风险管理的实际操作 .文中还给出了应用举例 .
The construction procession of the contemporary construction projects has been more and more suffered from the interruptions of the various uncertain risk factors, the result of which would make it impossible for a project′s cost, time limit, function and operation efficiency to achieve the expected designed goals. ln terms of the managerial techniques for the construction project risks, it is a basis and aporia to distinguish the factors of the risk. With regard to the trend of the development of the modern construction project, the paper puts forward a new method of distinguishing the risk factors of the construction project——construction method based on charts and graphs. Combined organically with all kinds of risks, this new method greatly strengthens the feasibility of risk distinguishment, raises the accuracy and comprehension of the result, and benefits the practical operation of the construction project risk management. The paper also sets practical examples and discusses the advantages and the further research direction of this new method.
