摘要
腹泻是以排便次数增多、便稀溏为特征的一类疾病,根据不同特点又可分为泄泻、痢疾、便血三大类,每一类又分为不同的证型。以临床病例为例,阐述腹泻的辨证方法、有效良方的选择及加减应用,既有同病同治、异病异治的常规方法,也有同病异治、异病同治的变化方法。
Chinese traditional veterinarian has pointed that diarrhoea is a kind of disease about the times of excretion have more and the excrement is the washiness. According to different characters of diarrhea, it can be divide into three kinds, they are the lax, the dysentery and having blood in excrement. Every kind of diarrhea also has different symptom. According to clinical case, this article expatiates on the method of differentiating and analyzing symptom, selects effective recipe and adds and reduces herbs in the recipe. There is not only a general method of the same illness use the same method to cure and different illness use the different method to cure, but also a changing method of the same illness use the different method to cure and different illness use the same method to cure, these methods have enhanced remedial effect.
