摘要
在充分考虑接触电阻、液态熔核温度、相变潜热等因素对点焊熔核温度场影响的条件下 ,建立了 65Mn弹簧钢点焊熔核温度场的有限元模型。利用该模型可以系统地研究弹簧钢的点焊热过程 ,为正确选择点焊工艺参数提供了理论依据 ,并可进一步实现弹簧钢点焊接头组织及性能的数值预测。验证表明 ,理论计算与实测结果吻合得较好。
The infinite unit model of spot welding nugget thermal field is set up with 65 Mn steel.The effect of contact resistance,liquid nugget temperature and phase transformation latent heat on spot welding nugget thermal field is fully considered.This model can be used to study thermal process of spring steel spot welding systematically,providing theoretical basis for designing spot welding technology parameters and numerical prediction of microstructure and properties of spring steel spot welding.Experiments show the similar results which are matched between the theoretical calculation and the experiments.
