摘要
针对气田的气藏参数条件,对气田集输管道材料选择进行了研究。根据管径、设计压力、自然条件等因素,结合几种常用钢管的优缺点,确定管型;在确定管型后,根据计算壁厚及集输管道对管材强度、韧性、焊接性等要求最终确定其钢级。
Based on gas reservoir parameter conditions, selection of the tubular goods of gathering pipeline for gas field was studied. The pipe type was determined based on pipe size, design pressure and natural conditions by considering advantages and disadvantages of several common pipes. Then, according to the calculation results of wall thickness and requirements for the strength, toughness, welded ability of the gathering pipeline, the steel grade was determined.
