The Hyper IgE syndrome （HIES） is a rare,complex primary immunodeficiency.Here we report a case of HIES combined with natural killer cell deficiency,which has not been previously documented in the literature.Written informed consent was obtained from the patient for publication of this case report and any accompanying images.
