摘要
目的研究神经生长因子(NGF)联合神经节苷脂1(GM1)对于坐骨神经损伤大鼠的脊髓神经元保护作用。方法选择实验用SD大鼠50只,随机分为A组(生理盐水NS组,14只)、B组(NGF,12只)、C组(GM1,12只)和D组(NGF+GM1,12只),造成5mm坐骨神经缺损,各组术中均以硅胶管进行局部加药,手术后于损伤侧小腿处予以相应药物肌注。结果生长4周时,D组的脊髓运动神经元数以及神经传导速度均显著优于另外三组(P<0.05),且B、C组显著优于A组(P<0.05);生长8周时,B、C、D三组的脊髓运动神经元数以及神经传导速度均显著优于A组(P<0.05),但B、C、D三组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 NGF联合GM1对于坐骨神经损伤以后的脊髓运动神经元具有保护作用,且相比于单纯应用NGF或者GM1能够更早地发挥作用,且保护效果明显更好,值得推广应用。
Objective Spinal cord neurons in rats of NGF combined with GM1 on the protection of sciatic nerve injury. Conclusion NGF combined with GM1 has a protective effect on spinal cord motoneurons after sciatic nerve injury, and compared to the simple application of NGF or GM Can play arole earlier ,and the proteltive effevt was significantly better , Should widely applied.
