摘要
目的:为促进护理本科生的临床护理课程的学习,在外科护理学课程教学中引入以图导思法的教学法,探讨其应用效果。方法:选取2008级高职本科护理两个班级进行对照研究。实验组采用以图导思教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,学期结束进行效果评价。结果:实验组的期末考核一般成绩(54.16±8.24)分高于对照组(52.03±5.33)分;能力测试成绩(19.27±2.62)分高于对照组(14.31±1.57)分;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:以图导思教学法有助于学生外科护理学的学习,并能提高其临床思维能力和创新能力。
Objective: To promote nursing undergraduates'learning of clinical nursing courses in the surgical nursing course teaching in the teaching method, and introduce the law discussion of the application effect. Methods : Two classes of 2008 vocational undergraduate nursing students were selected as an experimental teaching group taught by figure guide thinking and an experimental teaching group taught by traditional teaching method respectively and then a contrast study was carried out between them and an evaluation was made at the end of the semester. Results: The final assessment general scores (plus or minus 54.16) were higher than those in the control group (52.03 + 5.33). Ability test scores ( 19.27 + 2.62) were higher than those in the control group ( 14.31 + 1.57 ). Differences are statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 or 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : The teaching helps medical-surgical nursing learning, and can improve the clinical thinking ability and innovation ability.
