摘要
为缩短制件设计开发时间和优化工艺参数,文章通过Autoform软件对某汽车前围板成型过程进行分析,并采用正交试验方法进行方案设计。通过分析冲压过程工艺参数(冲压速度、凹模圆角、摩擦系数、板料厚度和压边力等)对前围板成型缺陷的影响程度,使用Minitab软件对各参数进行方差分析,得出5因素影响制件开裂大小,它们依次为凹模圆角>板料厚度>压边力>摩擦系数>冲压速度。并用Mintab软件优选方案,得到了最优方案。
The analysis of automotive front-wall panel forming process based on Autoform is described in this paper to shorten the development time and to optimize the process parameter, at the same time the scheme is co,npleted by I,sing orthogonal test method. By analyzing the process parameter during tile stamping process(punching velocity, cavity die radius, friction coefficient, sheet thickness anti BHF, etc.) to determine the defect level of the front-wall panel forming, and by analyzing each parameler with Minitab, five factors which 'affect the pressed parts cracked were given, i. e. cavity die radius〉sheet thickness〉BHF〉 friction coefficient〉punching velocity. The final scheme is obtained with Mintab.
