The Minimum Crude Protein Requirement of Broilers Aged 0~3 Weeks

摘要 通过饲养试验和氮代谢试验,观测饲粮不同粗蛋白水平对0~3周龄肉仔鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、造血参数、免疫功能及氮代谢利用的影响,以研究0~3周龄肉仔鸡玉米一豆粕型饲粮中粗蛋白的最低需要量。采用完全随机试验设计,将320只1日龄ArborAcres(AA)肉公雏按体重随机分成5个处理组,每个处理组分8个重复笼,每个重复笼8只鸡,分别饲喂粗蛋白实测水平为21.52%、20.58%、19.43%、18.03%和17.03%的玉米-豆粕型饲粮2ld。饲养试验第17~21天期间进行为期4d的氮代谢试验。结果表明:降低饲粮粗蛋白水平不影响肉鸡的日采食量、死亡率、血清葡萄糖、白蛋白、球蛋白、尿酸、甘油三酯含量、造血参数水平、新城疫抗体效价及氮代谢率(P〉0.13),但显著影响肉鸡的日增重(P〈0.07)、耗料增重比(P〈0.03)、总胆固醇(P〈0.10)和总蛋白(P〈0.09)含量、氯沉积(P〈0.0001)及粪便氮排放量(P〈0.0001)。当饲粮粗蛋白由21.52%降至19.43%时,可显著提高肉仔鸡血清总蛋白含量并降低粪便氮排放(P〈0.10),对其他指标均无不良影响(P〉0.10):但当饲粮粗蛋白水平进一步降低至18.03%或17.03%时,肉鸡的日增重显著降低(P〈0.10),而耗料增重比显著提高(P〈0.10),氯沉积和氮排放也显著降低(P〈0.10)。建议O~3周龄肉仔鸡玉米-豆粕型饲粮中的粗蛋白最低需要量以19.43%为宜。 The experiments were conducted to investigate the influence of dietary crude protein (CP) levels on performance, serum biochemical indicators, hematopoietie parameters, immune function and nitrogen availability in broilers, then to estimate the minimum CP requirement of the maize soybean type diets in broilers aged 0-3 weeks in feeding and nitrogen metabolism trials . A total of 320 I-day-old male broilers were randomly assigned to 5 treatments, which consisted of 8 replicates with 8 birds in each. Five levels each of CP (21.52% ,20.58%, 19.43%, 18.03 %and 17.03%) were fed in a corn-soybean basal diet during the feeding experiment from 1-17 old days and nitrogen metabolism trial from 17-21 old days according to a factorial experimental design. Results showed as follows: there were no significant differences (P〉0.13)in average daily gain (ADFI), mortality, glucose, albumin, globulin, uric acid and triglyceride content in serum, hematopoietic parameters, ND antibody titers and nitrogen availability. Respectively, There were significant differences in average daily feed intake (ADG)(P〈0.07), feed conversion ratio (F: G)(P〈O.03), the total cholesterol (TC)(P〈O.10), total protein (TP) (P〈O.O9)in serum, nitrogen retention(P〈0.0001)and nitrogen emissions(P〈 0.0001). It not only increased the serum TP content and reduced nitrogen emissions more differently, but also made no negative effects on other indices when fed 19.43% CP diets compared with 21.52% level. However, it reduced ADG, TC in serum, nitrogen retention and emissions (P〈0.10) and increased F: G, TP in serum differently(P〈O.10)in 18.03 and 17.03% CP diets. Therefore, the minimum CP requirement of broilers aged 1 to 3weeks was suggested to be 19.43%.
