摘要
目的:通过腹腔镜联合胆道镜(两镜联合)在胆囊三角常规暴露困难中的运用,探讨如何减少胆管损伤及降低中转开腹率。方法:回顾性分析70例两镜联合胆囊切除术中对胆囊三角的处理。结果:通过两镜联合解剖胆囊三角,手术成功率达100%。结论:胆囊三角暴露困难者,通过两镜联合处理可降低手术中胆管损伤及中转开腹率。
Objective：To reduce the impairment of the bile duct and the ratio of reoperation in management of complexed Calot＇s triangle in choelcystectomy by using laparoscope combined with choledochoscope. Methods：The experience in treating the complexed Calot＇s triangle in 70 cases receiving cholecystectomy using laparoscope combined with choledochoscope was summerized. Results：The successful rate reached 100%. Conclusions：Use of laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in management of complexed Calot＇s triangle may reduce the impairment of the bile duct and the reoperation rate.
