摘要
针对分段同步调制在载波比切换时存在的电压相位跳变以及由此产生的输出波形振荡、电流和转矩冲击等问题,本文深入分析了跳变产生的原因,并提出了一种抑制跳变的策略———改进电压相位计算方法。借助MATLAB/SIMULINK平台对该策略控制下的同步调制载波比切换进行了仿真,并搭建电路进行了实验分析,仿真和实验结果证明所述策略能很好的抑制电压相位跳变,显著减小电机电流和转矩的冲击。
In order to solve the problems of voltage phase jump, output waveform oscillation, current and torque impact existing in sub-synchronization modulation, the causes of voltage phase jump are deeply researched in this paper and a new kind of suppression strategy method is proposed which is an improved calculation method of voltage phase. The suppression strategy is simulated based on MATLAB/SIMULINK. Moreover, electric circuits are set up to in laboratory to test the performance of the designed strategy. Simulating and experimental results show that the suppression strategy can suppress the voltage phase jump and reduce motor current and torque impact effectively.
