摘要
我国理工科院校在办学传统、发展背景、办学特点和文化内涵等方面均有其特殊性,在文化建设上也出现了诸多特殊问题。因此,加强理工科院校的文化建设,不但要遵循一般大学文化建设的普遍规律,还要充分把握其文化建设的重要性、急迫性和特殊性,坚持正确的思想导向,以传承为支点、以互动为法宝、以创新为动力,推动其文化建设的繁荣发展,提高人才培养质量、提升核心竞争力。
Science and engineering college has its particularity in the tradition of running school ,development background ,charac-teristics and cultural connotations etc ,and has many special problems in the cultural construction.Therefore ,to enhance the cul-tural construction in science and engineering colleges ,we should not only follow the general law of university culture construc-tion ,but also fully grasp the importance of cultural construction ,urgency and particularity.And in order to promote the prosper-ity and development of the culture construction ,improve the quality of personnel training ,enhance core competitiveness ,we must stick to the correct ideological orientation ,and take tradition as the fulcrum ,interaction as the magic key ,innovation as the driving force.
