摘要
产权制度和市场经济是人类进入到现代社会的经济制度基础,是实现经济社会长久良性发展的可靠保障。同时,这一制度本身又是建立在其他方面制度的基础之上的,其中最为重要的就是法治制度。只有在社会上建立起一种法治秩序,使政府的权力受到有效的限制,并履行好应有的维护市场秩序的职能,产权才能真正得到保护和实现,市场经济才能真正运行起来。
The property right system and the market economy are the economic system foundations of the modern society that Man has entered and reliable guarantees for a long and healthy development of economy and society. In turn, the system is based on other systems, among which the legal system is the most important one. Only an order ruled by law is established to effectively restrict the power of the government and make the government perform due duties of maintaining the market order, can the proper right be really protected and realized, and can the market economy truly work.
