摘要
目的:探讨地耳草提取物(MSN)对慢性肾衰大鼠免疫功能及肾功能的影响。方法:将108只SD大鼠随机分为模型对照组、MSN高、中、低剂量组、阳性对照组(金水宝组)、正常对照组(假手术组)。除正常对照组外其余大鼠均制备成5/6肾切除慢性肾衰大鼠模型。观察用药前后各组大鼠Urea、Crea、Cys-C及24h尿蛋白定量的变化,及用药后CD4+/CD8+比值和NK细胞的活性。结果:治疗前各造模组Urea、Crea、Cys-C及24h尿蛋白定量均显著高于假手术组(P<0.05),治疗后各治疗组及假手术组Urea、Crea、Cys-C及24h尿蛋白定量均低于模型组(P<0.05),且MSN各组与金水宝组之间无差异(P>0.05)。MSN各剂量组CD4+/CD8+比值较模型对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。各用药组NK细胞活性均显著高于模型对照组(P<0.05),低于假手术组。结论:地耳草提取物能够改善慢性肾衰大鼠的肾功能,同时调节其免疫状态,增强细胞及体液免疫,从而延缓肾脏衰竭的进程。
Objective: To explore the influence of Herba HypericiJaponici extract(MSN) on immunity and renal function of chronic renal failure rats. Methods :108 SD rats were randomI.y assigned to model control group, MSN usage groups(high, moderate and low dose group), positive control group(cordyceps usage group) and normal group(sham operation group). Other rats were made to chronic renal failure models with five sixths kidney removed except those in normal group. To observe the changes of Urea,Crea , Cys-C and 24h quantitative urinary protein value in each group before and after medical usage and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio and cytoac- tive of NK cell after medical usage. Results:Before medication, the Urea, Crea, Cys-C and 24h quantitative urinary protein in each group presented significantly higher than normal group( P〈0.05), while after medication the Urea, Crea , Cys-C and 24h quantitative urinary protein in each medical usage group and normal group show lower than model control group(P〈0.05). Moreover, there shows no difference between MSN groups and cordyceps usage group(P〉0.05). CD4+/CD8+ ratio in MSN groups increase signifi- cantly higher than model group(P〈0.05) ,and eytoactive of NK cell in MSN groups show significantly higher than model group(P〈0.05) while lower than normal group. Conclusion: Herba HyperieiJaponici extract is able to improve renal function of chronic renal failure rats, regulate the immune status and reinforce cellular and humoral immunity so as to postpone renal failure.
