摘要
目的综述了2013年改善全球肾脏病预后组织(KIDGO)慢性肾脏病脂质处理临床实践指南、中国肾性贫血的诊断与治疗专家共识以及难治性高血压诊断治疗中国专家共识。回顾了狼疮性肾炎,特发性膜性肾病,IgA肾病和糖尿病肾病等肾小球疾病治疗,易致急性肾损伤的药物,高磷血症,肾性贫血和血液净化的治疗进展。
To sum up the KDIGO clinical practice guideline for lipid management in chronic kidney disease,the expert consenus for diagnosis and treatment of renal anemia and resistent hypertension in China.To review the treatment of glomerular diseases,such as lupus nephritis,idiopathic membranous nephropathy,IgA nephropathy,diabetic nephropathy and so on,the drugs which easily lead to acute kidney injury,the progress in treatment of renal anemia,hyperphosphatemia and blood purification.
