摘要
近年来甘肃以科学发展为理念,坚持不懈进行农业结构调整,努力发展高产优质、高效、特色、安全农业,并取得明显成效。我省坚持从战略性主导产业、区域性优势产业、地方性特色产品三个层次上推进农业结构的战略性调整,有效地促进了我省农业结构向质量和效益型方向的转变,农、牧、渔业结构调整优化步伐明显加快。农业结构调整使甘肃农业向科学化迈进,向着高产优质、高效、特色、安全方向发展。但是,积极进行农业结构调整仍然是当前和今后一个时期农业和农村经济工作的一条主线,也是增强农业发展后劲,持续增加农民收入的必然选择。
