摘要
以AM50镁合金为研究对象,通过实验数据建立压铸件表面晶粒形核及生长模型,利用计算机模拟程序分析了不同压铸工艺对镁合金铸件表面不均匀性、中心压室预结晶含量及最终微观组织的影响。
Taking AM50 magnesium alloy as research object, a die casting surface grain nucleation and growth model was established by experimental data, the effects of different die-casting processes on the surface uneven of magnesium alloy castings, pre-crystallization content in pressure chamber and final microstructure were analyzed by computer simulation program.
