400V备用电源自动切换失效分析及对策探讨

摘要 大容量发电机组主电源发生事故时,备用电源自动切换的成功对于保证设备安全、稳定机组运行、减少事故损失具有十分重要的意义。介绍了一起厂用变压器综保装置动作故障中,400 V厂用电备用电源自动切换失效暴露出来的问题,分析了原因,提出了建议对策:对用于厂用电切换的重要综保装置应设置单独的保护出口继电器、优化厂用电切换控制逻辑、新增低压快切装置,由此可极大提高备用电源自动切换的可靠性,提高机组的自动化水平和安全性。 Abstract:When the main power supply of a large-scale power plant fails, it is very important to achieve an automatic switching to the stand-by power supply in terms of ensuring equipment safety, stabilizing equipment operation and reducing accident lost. This paper described a tripping accident of an auxiliary transformer protection relay, which was caused by failure in 400 V stand-by power supply automatic switching. Problems arising from the accident were summarized and analyzed. It has been suggested that the following measures should be adopted:a separate outlock relay should be designed for the stand-by power supply switching circuit; the automatic switching control logic of the stand-by power supply should be optimized; a low-voltage quick switch device should be applied. These measures can significantly improve the reliability of stand-by power supply automatic switching as well as the automation level and safety of equipment.
