摘要
为了了解IC10的铸态组织特征以及B对合金组织的影响,采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对微观组织进行观察分析,并采用电子探针显微分析仪对元素的分布规律(尤其是B元素)进行观察分析。结果表明,IC10合金铸态的典型组织由γ相基体、二次γ′相和枝晶间的共晶(γ+γ′)相、骨架状和块状的MC以及少量的M3B2和蜂窝状Ni5Hf组成。合金中M3B2随着B含量的增加而有所增加。M3B2的化学结构式为:(Cr1.40Mo0.70W0.34Ni0.32Co0.23)B1.99。M3B2在共晶中的γ′相上生长,不会与碳化物形成共生组织。
In order to investigate the microstructures of directionally-solidified superalloy IC10 and the influence of boron on the microstructures, optical microscope, SEM and EPMA were applied to analyze the microstructure of IC10 and the distribution of elements, especially boron. The results show that the microstructures of cast IC10 consist of γ, γ',γ+γ' eutectic, script-like and blocky carbides and a small amount of M3B2 and alveolate NisHf. The amount of M3B2 increases with an increase of boron. The structural formula of M3B2 is (Cr140M0070Wo34Ni0.32C0023 )B 1.99. M3B2 precipitates on the crown of ~, + y' eutectic instead of with carbides.
