摘要
"医学技术主义"思潮给医学科学的发展和医疗实践带来了广泛而深远影响,其产生有着复杂的社会文化、医学自身以及近代科学方法论等原因。该思潮不断变换其形式,在当代主要表现为医学技术资本化的"医学技术主义"思潮、医学技术主体化的"医学技术主义"思潮和医学技术非人性化的"医学技术主义"思潮。应对"医学技术主义"思潮,要不断调试医学发展方向、重视医学人文素质的培育、建立健全医学法律与道德规范、加强医学伦理委员会建设、推行"人性化的医疗"实践。应对"医学技术主义"思潮为医师职业精神建设提供了新的视角。
The development of medical science and medical practice are influenced profoundly by the ideological trend ofmedical technicism, which appears because of social culture, medicine itself and scientific method in modern times, and appears in diversified features at present. Specifically, the technicism in contemporary medical practice is brought forward within three trends： the capitalization o{ medical technology, the self-arrogation to subjectivity by medical technology, the dehumanization caused by the application of medical technology. To counter balance the trend o{ medical technicism, it is necessary to resort a series of measures, including the re-orientation of medical development, the growing emphasis on the cultivation of medical humanism, establishment and improvement of a legal and ethical regulation system, the development of medical-ethical committees, as well as the emphasis on a philanthropic way of medical treatments. In addition to the challenges, the endeavor to restrain the trend of medical technicism brings forward new perspectives and approaches for the cultivation of the professional spirit of modern physicians.
