摘要
及时剔除带毒烟苗是防控烟草花叶病的重要一环,该研究采用TAS-ELISA检测与电镜负染色法复检相结合,对2011年红河烟区1308份苗期样品进行TMV检测。结果表明,红河烟区不同育苗点烟苗TMV检出率差异较大,平均检出率为2.52%;不同烤烟品种烟苗带毒率也有差异,烟苗TMV阳性率与品种的抗性无直接相关性,而与育苗地点和育苗环境有关。该研究对筛选无毒壮苗,切断TMV传播途径、减少TMV对大田烟苗的感染具有重要意义。
Eliminating the TMV-infected seedlings is one of the moet important steps of prevention and control of tobacco mosaic virus dis-ease.In this study,1308 tobacco leaf samples at seedling stage were tested for TMV by TAS-ELISA and negative staining approach.The re-sults showed that the detection rate of TMV on seedlings was different with an average detection rate of 2.52 % in different nursery place.The infection rate of TMV in different flue-cured tobacco species was different,which had no cordation with species,but had correlationwith nursery place and nursery environment.The results are of great significance for screening non-infected seedlings,blocking the infectionsource,and reducing the infection of TMV on tobacco during field growing periods.
