摘要
目的应用主观营养评价法(SGA)分析住院老年糖尿病患者的营养状况,及早发现营养不良,为临床营养治疗评估提供有效简单的工具。方法对162例住院糖尿病人在入院的第二天分别用主观营养评价法(SGA)、体质指数(BMI)、最新一次血白蛋白(g/L)测定值(ALB)分析营养状况,计算各种营养不良发生率并进行比较。结果 SGA评价为正常、轻度、中度、重度的营养不良率分别为73.5%、17.3%、8.6%和0.6%,ALB测定值评价为正常、轻度、中度、重度的营养不良率分别76.5%、16.7%、5.6%和1.2%,BMI评价为正常、体重偏低、超重肥胖者百分比分别为64.8%、5.0%和30.2%。SGA与ALB二者结果无显著差异(P>0.05),男女性别间亦无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 SGA简单有效,易于操作,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the nutritional status of patients with diabetes and provide simple and effective tool for the assessment of clinical nutrition therapy. Methods The nutritional status of 162 patients were analyzed with subjective assessment of nutritional status (SGA), body mass index (BMI) and serum albumin. Results The malnutri- tion rates of normal, mild, moderate and severe with SGA evaluation were 73.5%, 17.3%, 8.6%and 0.6%. The mal- nutrition rates of normal, mild, moderate and severe with ALB were 76.5%, 16.7%, 5.6%and 1.2%. The normal weight, overweight and low fat percentage was 64.8%, 5% and 30.2%. Conclusion SGA is simple and effective to e- valuate the nutritional status of patients.
