长期停运烟气脱硝催化剂表征及性能评价

摘要 对比同批次新鲜催化剂,采用活性检测模拟试验研究某厂长期停运的烟气选择性催化还原(SCR)催化剂的表观活性变化。结合X射线衍射、扫描电镜、比表面分析和原位吡啶红外测定法表征分析催化剂晶体结构、微观形貌、比表面积、孔径分布和表面酸活性位点变化对于催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,使用后催化剂脱硝效率为94.12%,K/K0值为0.78,催化剂主相态晶型保持良好,仍具有运行潜力。催化剂粒子团聚劣化、平均孔径增大,比表面积下降(降低12.4%),表面的酸活性位点减少是催化剂性能下降的主要原因。 The apparent activity of the long-term offline SCR catalysts as well as the fresh one in a power plant were assessed and compared by the activity simulation experiment. The influence of crystal structure,morphology,specific surface area,pore size distribution and acidic active sites on the performance of catalysts were characterized and analyzed by XRD, SEM, BET and FTIR spectra. The results indicated that the denitration efficiency was 94?12%and apparent activity was 0?78 respectively,meanwhile he crystal structure maintained well and long-term offline catalysts are able to keep operating. The aggregation of particles,increase of average pore size,decrease of specific surface area ( reduced 12?4%) and reduction of acidic active sites were the main reasons of the degradation of the catalyst activity.
