摘要 目的 观察血管内皮生长因子 (vascular endothelialgrowth factor,VEGF)及 β3整合素 m RNA在肉芽组织血管生成中表达的动态变化 .方法 采用 RT- PCR法定量分析人正常皮下组织、增殖期肉芽组织 (伤后 7~ 12 d)及成熟期肉芽组织 (伤后 30~ 35 d) VEGF及β3整合素 m RNA的水平 .结果 在正常皮下组织中 ,VEGF及β3整合素 m RNA呈低表达 ,而在增殖期肉芽组织中表达升高 ,待肉芽组织完全成熟后二者的表达又有所降低 .结论  VEGF及β3整合素 m RNA的水平与肉芽组织的血管生长过程呈动态相关 。 AIM To observe the dynamic changes in the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and integrin β3 mRNA during the angiogenetic process of granulation tissue. METHODS VEGF and integrin β3 mRNA inhuman normal subcutaneous tissue, proliferative granulation tissue (7~12 days post-injured) and mature granulation tissue (30~35 days post-injured) were quantitatively analyzed with RT-PCR. RESULTS In normal subcutaneous tissue, VEGF and integrin β3 mRNA were expressed low while in proliferative granulation tissue they were up-regulated. When granulation tissue was mature completely, the expression of VEGF and integrin β3 declined again. CONCLUSION The levels of VEGF and integrin β3 mRNA are related to the growth of vessels in granulation tissue, which suggests that these two proteins may play an important role in regulating the angiogenetic process of granulation tissue.
