摘要
介绍华能国际电力股份有限公司上安电厂600MW超临界机组锅炉主控与给水控制方案,分析该控制方案存在的问题,提出逻辑优化措施,对比逻辑优化前后的效果,认为控制逻辑改进后,锅炉主控可适应煤种变化带来的干扰,降低给水调节幅度,提高汽压、汽温稳定性,保证机组安全、稳定运行。
This paper introduces the main control and feedwater control project of 600 MW supercritical boiler in Huaneng Power International Inc .Shang′an Power Plant ,analyzes the problem of the project ,puts forward logical optimized measures ,compares the effects before and after the optimization ,considers that boiler main control can adapt the change of the coal type ,can reduce feedwater regulation range ,can improve the stability of the steam pressure and the steam temperature ,ensure the safe and stable operation .
