摘要
艺术治疗以非口语化的多样性艺术形式进行情绪疏导与认知重建,有效地契合了灾后恢复重建中的现实需要,具有较强的治疗优势。具体来说,灾后青少年心理重建中的艺术治疗包括治疗关系的建立、创伤经验的再现、创伤情绪的回应、创伤经验的超越以及生命意义的重建等五个阶段。
Carrying out emotion counseling and cognitive restructuring by multiple non-verbal article form, art therapy has strong treatment strength by effectively meeting the need of adolescent psychological reconstruction after disaster. Specifically, in the process of adolescent psychological reconstruction, the art therapy includes five stages of establishing therapy relationship, reviewing trauma experience, responding to the trauma emotion, exceeding trauma experience and reconstructing life meaning.
