摘要
随着社会的不断发展,人们追求知识的愿望日益迫切,对图书馆服务的要求越来越高,图书馆读者服务工作面临挑战和机遇。本文从强化图书馆服务理念、提高馆员服务意识、培养馆员的信息组织能力,借鉴书店管理模式,利用免费开放政策等五方面阐述了县级图书馆读者服务工作的一些做法和措施。
With the continuous development of society, people's desire for knowledge is increasingly ur- gent, the requirements for library services is more and more high. Library Service is facing challenges and opportunities. From strengthening the concept of library service, improving the librarians' service con- sciousness, training the ability of librarian's information organization, drawing lessons from the bookstore management mode, using the free open policy, this paper elaborated some methods and measures of reader service work at the county public library.
