摘要
南昌参与长江中游城市群建设既有优势又有劣势,既面临机遇也面临挑战。依据SWOT分析提出了南昌参与长江中游城市群建设的思路与对策,南昌应主动寻求区域合作,共同承担中心城市功能,通过细化分工、联动腹地,加强政府职能,凸显南昌产业的比较优势;同时科学制定发展规划,集中力量建立产业价值链多元合作战略联盟,构筑南昌新兴产业高地和区域特色市场体系,从而强有力的推进南昌参与长江中游城市群的建设。
According to the analysis of SWOT,this paper discusses development strategies and countermeasures for Nanchang’s participation in the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Middle Reaches,maintaining that Nanchang needs to strengthen regional cooperation and intensify the function of the central city. Meanwhile,it highlights the advantages of Nanchang industry and good coordination of government through the detailed divi-sion of labor,the hinterland of linkage,and the way of strengthening government function. Finally it concludes Nanchang must formulate scientific development of Nanchang city planning to participate in the construction of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city group through establishing regional industry value chain,multiple cooperation strategic alliance,emerging industry highlands and regional market system and talent cooperation platform for cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
