摘要
基于钛及钛合金的特性,对连轧采用微张力轧制生产钛及钛合金线材过程中所容易出现的成品外形问题进行了分析和论述,并结合其他企业在类似问题中所采取的措施,根据本公司自身情况提出解决办法。
Based on the characteristics of titanium and titanium alloy, the reasons of ellipse shape easily formed on the end products during titanium and titanium alloy wire’s production by slight tension rolling in con-tinuous rolling line were analyzed and discussed in this paper. According to our own enterprise’s circumstanc-es, solutions were proposed combining with measures adopted by other enterprises to solve the similar problems.
