摘要
城市冰雪体育文化对推进城市经济建设、提升核心竞争力和人民精神生活的丰富具有十分重要的意义。分析了冰雪体育文化与城市文化及城市发展的关系,以及冰雪体育文化在城市发展建设中所起的促进经济发展、城市体育设施建设、发掘历史文化和人的全面发展的作用,并从政策导向、人文精神、形象标志、文化产业、建筑文化和冰雪文化传播,以及冰雪文化的艺术传承、旅游业的开发和环境保护等方面论述了黑龙江省城市冰雪体育文化的建设和发展。
Ice and snow sports culture of city has a very important significance for promoting city economic development,core competitiveness and benefit all the people＇s spiritual life. After analyzing the relationship between the ice and snow sports culture,city culture and city development,and the ice and snow sports culture＇s effect of promoting economic development,city sports facilities,the exploration of historical culture and the comprehensive development in the construction and development of city,this paper discusses from the following aspects,policy oriented,humanistic spirit,symbol,cultural industry,spreading the construction culture and ice and snow culture,as well as the art heritage,tourism development and environmental protection of ice and snow culture.
