摘要
设置0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%4种浓度的NaCl溶液,对刺槐和丁香种子的萌发进行盐胁迫处理。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的升高,刺槐和丁香种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均呈下降趋势。综合分析认为:刺槐种子的耐盐性比丁香种子的耐盐性强,刺槐种子能忍耐的盐胁迫浓为0.6%以下,丁香种子能忍耐的盐胁迫浓为0.2%以下。
The effects of NaCl stress on the seed germination of Robinia pseudoacacia L. and Syzygium aromaticum were studied treating with the NaCl solution of 4 different concentrations: 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8%. The results showed that with the increasing of NaCl concentrations,The germination rate, the germination potential, germination index and vigor index of the seeds of Robinia pseudoacacia L. and Syzygium aromaticum were all decreased gradually. It is concluded by compre- hensive analysis that the NaCl resistance of the seed of Robinia pseudoacacia L. was stronger than that of the seed of Syzy- gium aromaticum and the salt stresses the seeds of Robinia pseudoacacia L. and Syzygium aromaticum could endure were below the concentrations of 0.6% and 0.2% respectively.
