摘要
中密度纤维板具有静曲强度高、平面抗拉强度好等优点,广泛应用于家具制造等行业,但受力学性能的限制,其很少作为建筑结构材料使用。碳纤维作为增强相已被广泛应用于各类复合材料制备,经过表面改性处理的碳纤维表面活性官能团增多,表面能提高,有利于与基体材料的粘合,并进一步提升复合材料的性能。该研究对碳纤维进行了表面改性处理,并用其作为增强相来提高中密度纤维板的力学性能。实验结果表明,改性处理后,碳纤维表面出现沟槽,比表面积增加,用其作为增强相后,中密度纤维板的力学性能有明显提高。
Medium density fiberboard (MDF) has good static bending strength, good planar tensile strength and so on, widely used in furni-ture and other industries, however, the mechanical properties is limited, rarely used as structure materials. Carbon fiber as reinforced phase has been widely applied in all kinds of composite material preparation, the number of carbon fiber surface active functional groups are on the increase through surface modification processing, surface energy was improved, which is beneficial to glue the substrate materials, and further improve the performance of the composite material. Based on the modification treatment of carbon fiber surface, it was used as an enhancement to improve the mechanical properties of medium density fiberboard (MDF). The experiment results showed that, after modification, the sur-face of the carbon fiber grooves, specific surface area increased, use it as to strengthen, the mechanical property of medium density fiberboard (MDF) is improved obviously.
